A ÐÓ°ÉPro Report
The content of this report has utilised the data received from ÐÓ°ÉPro's workforce surveys of neonatal consultants. This UK survey followed pilot testing ran in May and June 2022 with results presented at a ÐÓ°ÉPro webinar in December 2022.
The data received from responding consultants along with additional stakeholder input was used to develop seven key recommendations covering:
While the essence of the report seeks to improve the working lives and increase retention of consultants in neonatology, there are inevitable overlaps with other perinatal staff groups as well as existing national reports.
